Registration:

Registration is not required, but is preferred. Please register using the Exam Registration link above.

When:

Testing is from 1730-1830 on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.

Where:

We test at Moscow Federal Building (Post Office) RM 204.

Requirements:

• Valid ID.
• FCC FRN (If you do not have one yet please register using the Exam Registration link above).
• A calculator is optional. It must be a dumb calc with no memory options, ie no TI-89.
• Previous CSCE. Only if you recently passed a test but it is not updated in the ULS yet.
• Copy of your license. Only if are already licensed.
